Parents would be called to school as per schedule sent to them to discuss their child's progress. However, for any specific discussion, they may seek an appointment with the teacher concerned, preferably on the last working day, between 1p.m and 2 p.m. |

Saturdays
1. On 1st and 3 Saturdays, academic classes will get over by 11:25 a.m.
2. The School will remain closed on 2nd and 4th Saturdays. However, 4th Saturdays will be working
for teachers.
3. The School will remain closed on all Saturdays for the Pre-primary section and Standards I, II and III.
Last Working Day of the Month
4. The last working day of every month is a half-day for students. School will get over at 11.25 a.m.
However teachers will be available up to 1 p.m.

Closure of School during Emergencies and Calamities
The School will remain closed in case:
a. there is a curfew in our area i.e. Sama or Fatehgunj, or roads approaching the School.
b. there is a serious warning from the city authorities about floods, earthquakes or riots or other
calamities and emergencies.
Note
1. It will be the discretion of the School Authorities to take alternative decisions if a situation other than
that mentioned in (a) and (b) warrants it.
2. In such emergencies all information and decisions would be put up either on the School Notice
Board / School Website / Newspapers or local TV. Channels from time to time.
3. The School will not be held responsible beyond its existing responsibilities and liabilities as laid
down in the rules and regulations given in the Handbook / Diar
